Last week, party members from Holborn St Pancras and Hampstead and Kilburn came together for a highly engaging and productive Conservative Policy Forum session on one of the biggest issues for a generation - the coronavirus crisis. Members explored immediate priorities for the Government in a range of areas - healthcare, the economy, businesses, education, and loneliness. Thank you to everyone who contributed.
Given that there is so much to say on this vital topic, we are running a second session this week, focusing on the post-coronavirus society. Please join us to further our discussions and share your thoughts on how we recover from this crisis, as well as your own policy ideas. The Conservative Party and the Conservative Policy Forum are very eager for party members to have their say, so please join in the conversation with us next Thursday.
What: We will be building on our last CPF coronavirus session, focusing on life after the coronavirus crisis. This was initially based on the CPF 'Coronavirus Pandemic' paper.
When: Thursday 9 April 2020, 6:30pm-8pm. We will be finishing very promptly just before 8pm to join in the applause for NHS workers.
How: Please register for this event on Zoom via this the link shared from the association mailing list. Zoom is a video-conferencing app which can be downloaded for free onto your phone, iPad, laptop or desktop here. Please ensure you download the app in advance of the session.
We look forward to virtually connecting with you all again next Thursday and hearing your views.
Best wishes,
